About this service
Sound healing is one of humanity's oldest healing traditions. Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments produce frequencies that interact with the body's own vibration — calming the nervous system, releasing stored tension, and creating space for deep rest and restoration.
At Asè Roots Collective, our sound healing sessions are held in a safe, sacred container. You will lie comfortably as our facilitator moves through a carefully crafted sound journey designed to guide you from the noise of daily life into a state of deep presence. Many participants report feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves after a single session.
Sound healing is particularly powerful for those carrying stress, grief, anxiety, or the weight of chronic pain. It requires nothing from you — no experience, no flexibility, no prior knowledge. You simply arrive, breathe, and receive.

Common questions
Do I need any experience with meditation or healing?
None at all. Sound healing is completely accessible. You simply lie down and let the sound work. Many people fall asleep — that's perfectly fine.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing. Layers are helpful since body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.
Are group sessions available?
Yes. We offer both individual sessions and community group ceremonies. Group sessions are a beautiful way to experience collective healing.
Is sound healing safe during pregnancy?
Generally yes, though we recommend letting your facilitator know you are pregnant. Certain frequencies and bowl placements are adjusted for expectant mothers.
