Sound Bowl Therapy Facilitator Training
Our flagship 16-hour, two-day immersive trains you to facilitate sound bowl therapy sessions in community, clinical, and spiritual settings. Grounded in West African ancestral frameworks and trauma-informed care, this is the only program of its kind in the Delta. No prior certification required.

Ancestral Community Circle
Every month we gather in circle — breathing together, sharing stories, and moving through ancestral wellness practices. Guided breathwork, meditation, and communal reflection. Rooted in Asè traditions and grounded in community wellness, this circle welcomes everyone — men, women, elders, young people — who comes with an open heart and respect for the space.

Roots Prenatal Education Series
Four weekly sessions covering birth preparation, breastfeeding, postpartum wellness, and newborn care — all through an ancestral lens that honors Black birthing traditions. Facilitated by our certified doulas. Partners and support people welcome.

Ancestral Herbal & Plant Traditions
A hands-on half-day session teaching participants to identify, prepare, and use plants rooted in African and African American traditions. You will leave with your own prepared remedies, a reference guide, and the confidence to begin your own practice.

Community Health Advocate Training
A 3-day intensive that equips community members with the skills to guide families through the healthcare system, connect them to resources, and advocate for their rights. Participants receive an Asè Roots Collective Community Health Advocate certificate upon completion.

Roots Yoga & Breathwork Series
Six weekly sessions of gentle, restorative yoga and pranayama breathwork — adapted for all bodies and all fitness levels. Each session opens with ancestral grounding and closes with community reflection. Mats and props provided.

Sound Escapes: Community Sound Bath
Lie back, breathe, and let sound do the rest. Our community sound escapes are open, drop-in gatherings where participants experience the deep rest and nervous system relief of a full sound bath — no experience needed, no expectations. Just show up and receive.
